Board of Directors

President

Harold Albertson – 3 years (until 9/2025)
The President presides over all Board and Membership meetings, reports to members at the Annual Membership Meeting, and may send official correspondence that does not require the Secretary’s signature.

Vice President

Ed Smith – 1 year (until 9/2023)

The Vice President assists the President with duties of the office. Assumes the position of President in the absence (temporary or permanent) of the President.

Secretary

Diane Martinez – 3 years (until 9/2025)
The Secretary keeps written minutes of all meetings of the Association, the Board, and any Committees. Keeps records, books, papers and correspondence (aside from that which the Treasurer keeps.) Also conducts official correspondence for the Association.

Treasurer

Diane Martinez
The Treasurer is responsible for the financial aspects of the Association, including checking and savings accounts, financial records, providing written reports. Financial records are public record and a financial audit shall be conducted annually.

Members at Large

Debi Bismarck – 2 years (until 9/2023) and
Phyllis Schaeffer – 2 years (until 9/2024)
