Donating Supplies and Money

It’s that time of year to start gathering school supplies. Details to come regarding locations to drop off supplies and list of items needed. Until the full list of locations is available, you can drop off supplies at the Post Office during normal business hours of M-Sat 8am-12pm.

Money donations to purchase supplies not donated are accepted by:

– Cash or check payable to WMLCA at the Post Office Mon-Sat 8am-12pm or by mail to PO Box 90828 White Mountain Lake AZ 85912.
– Zelle or PayPal by using secretary.wmlca@gmail.com.
– Venmo by using @WhiteMountainLakePlease put “Back-to-School Drive” in the memo/notes line.

The White Mountain Lake Community Association is a 501(c)(3) organization so donations may be tax deductible under applicable IRS codes. Receipt available upon request.

Picking Up Supplies for Your Child(ren)

Starting Monday July 25th and continuing through Tuesday August 2nd, parents and guardians of students residing within the White Mountain Lake Fire District boundaries, may pick up needed school supplies, backpacks and water bottles when the Post Office is open between 8:00am and 11:45am.

Please understand we are still gathering donations so supply availability is limited. The WML Post Office is located at 1785 Edmonds Cir and is open Mon-Sat 8:00am-12:00pm.

Supply drop-off locations now include Sandbagger’s Bar & Grill, along with Sandi’s Hideaway, Silver Creek General Store, White Mountain Realty and the Post Office.
